Phillip Couch

Phillip Couch brings a wealth of experience to his position as a Buyer Specialist and Listing Partner on the team. He has over 22 years of experience in home remodeling and construction as a contractor and construction manager - general contractor. He has a BS degree from Otterbein University in Westerville Ohio in Business management.

In addition, Phillip served eight years as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and was retired after sustaining an injury in Iraq. Phil uniquely understands the difficulties and stress that accompany a move. As someone who has relocated more than 30 times, his commitment to buyers and sellers is to make the buying/selling process be as smooth and stress free as possible.
