Restore CBUS is an initiative of LifePoint Real Estate agents Mandy Harless, Amy Clark, Mallory Watson and Ashley Harless to work with homeowners in distress, vacant homes, absentee owners, inherited properties, delinquent tax properties or any home in need of significant remodel or repair. 

Our goal is to understand each home-owner’s unique situation and put together an individualized plan for liquidating the property in “as-is” condition with as little stress as possible.  We work with a select group of professional remodelers whose goal is to thoughtfully restore your home with the end goal being preparing the property for sale to an owner-occupant.
